Default Best LOW/NO NOISE Brake Pad for C6 Z06 Autocross car?

OK, I'm about to put a set of C6 Z06 brakes on my C5. The car gets 6-8000 street miles per year, so I don't want noisy brake pads. That being said, the car also gets A TON of autocross racing in, and I need a pad that will kick @$$ on the autocross while not squeeling at me on the streets. What do you suggest?

Also, how long does it take to change a set of brake pads on C6 Z06 brakes? With padlets? With solid pads (does anyone make solid street pads)? I ask because as a last resort, I may switch pads before every race.

The stock pads are just fine if you want low noise.

What about the Carbotech Bobcat 1521 ?

Also, any feedback on the "changing pads" part of my question?

If you are interested, I got a set of one piece C6Z Carbotech Bobcats (street/auto-x) pad that are 98%. I also have a set of race XP12 pads that have one track day left on them, both are the new one piece design. Please IM me if you are interested, you will save significant over new. I used the Bobcats for about 300 miles, they are basically brand new.

Try a Carbotech XP8. Very similar to an HP+, but a lot less dust and rust. I get a minor squeal at a stop sign.
I've also cut raybestos shims and attached them to the backs of pads backer plate, which eliminated the minor squealing.
Right now I don't care about the squeal. I'll never go back to OEM pads.

Stock should be great. I highly doubt that you can exceed the capabilities of the stock pads while autocrossing.
