Steering rack leak c6zo6???
Had the rack checked out at my reputable service dept. Seems that there is a seal (rubber part) on steering colum that leaks when its cold out ON MY CAR. I live in FLA, we had some days in the 40 and thats when the leaks occurs. I know its a warranty issue, but my car is well well alligned i rather not touch UNLESS the rack leak get worse.
Could anyone explain why this happens?

I assume because you are posting on the road racing section you track the car. If so you could have overheated the fluid which takes out the seals. You can have Turn One modify your pump to run cooler temps. You also might need a bigger cooler. I believe the temp that you want to keep it under is 270*F. I would have it fixed now because tracking the car will just make it worse and can cause more problems.

I've not had that type of failure but I agree with above. Plus the only alignment issue that would Change is the front toe, which takes mere minutes to adjust

3 C5 and 1 C6 Z failures, all with coolers.Change the PS fluid with a synthetic brand, many C6 Z's I see have the upper radiator hose rubbing against the PS pump which is fine if you live in a igloo but not if your doing spirited driving.
