Default C5 spring rates coil over vs leaf springs

Hi,

Without going into details is there an "rule of thumb" on how to compare the springs rates of C5 leaf springs and coil overs? I assume the wheel rate is what's interesting, but the springs aren't listed that way so it can't be compared easily. Obviousely the pick up points and the geometry is different so they can't be compared directly. Any inputs on this issue? The alternative would be to go out and measure the geometry and do the calculations, but I guess somebody have allready done this
