Not sure how they do it or how much money they paid for the capability but the Genesee Valley BMW club has that capability buit into their new web site. First time I signed up that way was a couple of weeks ago and when I got to the event they already had a car number assigned and a heat assigned.

It may be worth sending them an e-mail to see how much the capability cost them although with 192K in the bank at the end of last year I doubt they have to worry about the cost.
