Tire Temperature Recommendations
For best performance the expected temperature range will vary from track to track. Generally, optimum traction will be generated when the pit lane temps show 180-200 degrees for the R6 in Roadrace applications, and 140-150 degrees for the A6 in an Autocross application.

Much of this also depends on driving style
Many guys start out Mid 20s cold for pressure
26 f and 24 r and wind up low 30s HOT
Some times you will find the OUTSIDE front tire on the harderst corners needs an extra 1psi over the other front tire

And car set up. My severely camber challenged C5Z will roll over so bad on the front with 30psi cold that it will wear off the words on the side of the tire:

I start a little closer to 30 so my first 2 to 3 laps are the fastest.
33 hot is really fun. Depends on the duration of the session.
If you want to finish 30 minutes strong start at 27ish.
