Running a/r 6 315 on a 10in rim?
I am currently running 295f and 315r hoosiers but was wondering if I can run 315 in the front on a 10in rim.
Also how does running 315 square change the handling characteristics of the car.
Thanks.

I don't think you're going to have much luck with a 315 on a 10 wide. If you do manage to get it on there it will probably be shaped quite funny. You're best bet is likely going to be sticking with the staggered sizes unless you can change wheels and even then some people have better luck with a staggered setup.

Most of us T1 guys run 315/17 all around. 17x11 in rear and 17x10 in front. Have had no problems with tire wear and the handling is much better with the additional front end grip. Need to make sure you do not have any cooler lines etc in front that may rub on tires.

I ran 315/17 all around on 17x11 Grand Sport wheels... front stuck out about 1/2" per side and looked funny, but the car was 100% neutral, it loved the big front tires.

I put 315 's on my front 17x9.5 GS wheels once. Visually it almost looked like the sidewalls were straight up and down.
Braking was wonderful. Low speed turns felt rubbery and not as precise as a 275 on the same rim.
Walmart boys mounted them and didn't think it was anymore difficult than mounting any other tire.
FWIW, the tires were GY GSCS which are a little narrower than the KH V710 according to the spec sheets.

You could always go with a 305 if you are not sure. I run a 285 Hoosier instead of 295, as the 285 is actually wider and lower than the 295 even though it has a smaller rating. Just some food for thought.

I had no problems at all running 315 A6's on the rear 10's of my C6. Mounting was surprisingly easy, as well.
315 Kumhos could be a different story on a 10" wheel though, since they are apparently much harder to mount then Hoosiers in any size.

V710's are waaaaaaaaaaaaaay harder to mount than A6's.
on my old RX-8, a 285 A6 would mount easily on the 18x8's...a 245 V710 was a chore and a half
