Default 12 Hours at Summit Point - pics inside

We just finished unloading the cars, parts & everything else we took to the 12 hours at Summit race. Fortunately both cars finished the race, of course we had a few bumps & bruises but nevertheless we finished! We're compiling a press release with more specifics in the next couple of days but I figured I'd share some of the pictures from our efforts with you guys. Feel free checking 'em out at the Chip Miller Charitable Foundation photo gallery.

Below is a picture during the race:

We'll have more details once we get everything organized

Lance,
It was nice meeting you and congrats on your finish. My contribution was flipping your set of tires during the race at no charge for you guys.

Aaron-

Our crew let us know about your contribution towards our team. We helped raise awareness for the Chip Miller Charitable Foundation and amyloidosis - the disease that took my fathers life 5 years ago. Thank you for all of your support! We hope to work with you in the future.

Sincerely,

Lance

PS It was a pleasure meeting you!

I was working in Timing for the 12 hour and it was sure nice hearing the V8's go by each lap after all the Miatae

The 12 Hour is always a fun event.

So, what's the story on the little red Citroen(?) that I think was with you guys? Just a unique run-about? I though it was a Thing at first glance, but then I realized it had rounded corners...

Yes, the Citroen is a unique car. My partner really likes unique vehicles and the Citreon is one of them... he brought it down to enjoy for the weekend (rather than a golf cart). Heck, you only live once - enjoy it!

Cheers,

Lance

PS I love the sound of the 8 cylinders as well!

A lot of money... LOL. On a serious note, we're compiling all of our expenses now. The expensive part is getting the cars prepared. Then of course there are plenty of other costs - tires, hotel rooms, brake pads, rotors, fuel, food, spare parts & etc. The list could go on and on... this was our first attempt and we were happy with our results. Expect to see us better prepared in future races.

Cheers,

Lance

Lance, Congratulations again on your successful finishes at summit.
Having 2 Corvettes finish 12 hours of grueling punishment is an amazing accomplishment. Matt and I are looking forward to running with you at the Corvettes at Carlisle event at Summit.

The cars looked great and congrats on the finishes. Wish I could have gotten out there for the event. Would have been a blast.

Note: the car serving as my avatar might look familiar to you.........ask your crew chief !!!

I looked at the pics......of course Chris B is sitting down!!

From one of your 'technical consultants'........

I noticed that right away! Yes, Chris is a great guy... as a matter of fact just ask Chris about the incident we had at Pocono as I was following him. Let's just say I received a cracked windshield from the Mustang...

Cheers,

Lance
