A new road track would be an spin-off of changes being made to the NASCAR superspeedway and would not incorporate racing inside the one-mile oval as the existing 1.6-mile road course does now.
The hill where the road course is will be tiered to allow for expanding the lucrative RV parking spots
They want AMA Superbikes back to refocus Bike Week on Loudon, but bikes/walls/racing don't mix
70% of the activity at Loudon today is on the road course, but 90% of the money is made on the two NASCAR dates.
