Default First time at NJMP

I'm heading to NJMP for 2 days on the track in a couple weeks. Anyone have any suggestions for a nice clean place to stay with in 20 mins of the track? Goggle showed a Holiday Inn Express and Wingate that were not too far from the track. I'm also thinking of driving in the morning of the event and wondering what traffic is like coming down 55 around 7am. I will be coming from MD, 95n to 295 to NJ turnpike to 40 to 55.

You should be fine on 55 that early, I just went on Friday and had no trouble with traffic. I would go holiday inn express.

Traffic in south jersey won't be such a problem, but the traffic coming up 95 in Deleware will be tough. Lot of people commuting from DE to Philly and you will get caught in that. Once you cross the bridge, it will be wide open.

We stay at the wingate all the time nice hotel. I heard the holiday inn is nice too. The wyngate has a bennigans on site so it is easy to get food and drinks. It is less than 20 mins to the track and no traffic.

I will be there with trackdaze in a few weeks is that who you are running with?

Awesome, I'll be there with Trackdaze also. I'm staying in Avalon...not too far away.

Thanks for the info. I will be there with the PCA. Thunderbolt one day and Lightening the next, should be fun!

Country Inn in Millville. It's less than 5 miles from track. My inlaws live in Millvale and they say it's nice

Have a good time, Shattenbaum seems like a relaxed but safe club. I hear Lightening is a lot faster and more fun than Thunderbolt.
