Default race car progress

Here are some pics of my 85 that I have been working on since last October .I am in the processes of turning it into a race car.

I am going racing October 4th in the grand bayou racing series in south east Louisiana.I will be running the whole season(8 races).


ccw 18X12 all the way around are coming next week. Heads,carb,shocks and more in the weeks to come.

This is where my two corvettes live
New Orleans on the industrial canal in the 9th ward
This is out of my bay door looking dew east.

If that is SCCA sanctioned you might need to check with them on that top hoop. I don't recall so please check into it but I thought you were only allowed 4 bends and looking at yours I see six. If your main hoop is a small bar across the side and down rails there is a specific rule for that also. If I get a chance I will look at the GCR tonight. What class is your car in and is it SCCA or not.

It is not a SCCA event. It is the Grand Bayou Racing Series. The G.B.R.S web sight sucks but you can see the schedule here on the N.P.R. web sight. Go to the schedule link.
