How would these pads hold up using R comp tires versus street tires? Any idea how they stack up against Cobalt Friction XR2 or Carbotech XP10?
Would be interested in hearing from anyone who might have run these before.

The 99s were the predecessor to the 01s. While 01’s do offer more initial bite, the 99’s are preffered by many as they are a bit easier to modulate away from the ABS, particularly on stock size DOT rubber. This is why the Bondurant school ran them on their Vette’s for years.
As mentioned, we also have the 01’s in stock at excellent prices which are the ultimate performer and remains the preferred pad in Grand Am Prototypes, Nascar, Sports cars, etc to this day.
We are a full line PFC distributor, so let us know what your needs are and we’d be happy to help.

Safety Car
I have Carbotechs XP12s for the fronts. The work well with my street tires in that they don't have such an initial bite that they upset my car and I get a full 30 min with no fade. I will do about 6-10 track days this year, but I don't run them on the streets. How do these compare as my fronts only have about 2 track days left? TIA.

I'm pleading ignorance, but I can't find a spec or description of the PFC 99 Compound race pad on PFC's website. Can you direct me to a comparison so I can make an informed decision? Thanks.

Just recieved a set of 01's for my stoptechs on my FRC. This will be the first time trying PFC on my corvette, but I've run them for years in racing. I've used 90, 93, 97, and 01 all with great success. Excellent pads with long life and very easy on rotors. They do develop hairline cracks, but its normal and nothing to worry about. Michael has excellent pricing and top notch customer service.
