APR carbon fiber wing
I placed an ad in the C6 for sale section for a brand new carbon fiber APR rear wing. The ad states:
Have a new never installed Carbon Fiber APR Performance GTC-500 adjustable wing (pn#AS-107056) which fits both C6 and C6Z06 Corvettes 2005-up. I purchased it in anticipation of doing several per year HPDE's but have given that idea up. I took it out of the box to verify everything was OK when delivered and that is it. APR Performance's wing is a beautiful piece and weighs next to nothing. Anyone interested can review the wing on APR Performance's website which includes Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Analysis data. General info from their website states "APR Performance's newest addition to the GTC Series is the GTC-500 Carbon Fiber Adjustable Wing. With its optimized 3D airfoil shape, the GTC-500 is perfect for high speed touring applications and supplies an ample amount of down-force without causing excess drag. Each GTC Series airfoil is composed of lightweight and durable carbon fiber composite. Supporting the carbon fiber airfoils are 10mm "aircraft grade" 6061 billet aluminum pedestals that come in a flat black powder coat finish."
List price for this carbon fiber wing is $1540.. Save $545 with my asking price of $995 plus actual shipping costs. Shipping would be in same box shipped to me and note it is extremely light but an oversize container. My loss is your gain! Can send pictures to anyone interested.
