Default Trailex - Enclosed

why does this trailer cost so much? I lover the low profile, that it is enclosed and that is is very light, but dam $20K that size trailer is big $$$.

I assume there is a good reason...

The trailers are very nce items, well constructed, and made about 5 minutes from my house (which alone is worth a 20% premium! )

yeah, it's highly overpriced. i suspect if it's like their other trailers, it's because it's bolted together, not welded. the extra cost might just be in the labor.

and leaf springs? come on, we all know leaf springs suck!

(seriously though, on a trailer torsion axles are way better.)

I was looking into low profile enclosed trailers that I could tow with my TBSS. I saw the Trailex at one of the track days and really liked it, but never looked at the price. After looking at the price there is no way I am getting one.

So for now I will continue with my current setup.

For that price.. you could get a pretty baller "regular" trailer setup and have enough money leftover for a used 3/4 ton pickup :P
