Default VMware Fusion or Workstation 50% Off (Happy holidays!)

Hopefully this is okay...

I work for VMware and we're running a holiday promotion where I get to offer my friends a discount code to be used at the VMware online store for downloading VMware Fusion or Workstation at 50% off. (Only valid at the online store, and only for downloaded software -- it won't come in a box.)

I won't turn this post in to an ad, but if you're interested PM or email me and I will get the code to you.

VMware's Fusion is a product of interest to Mac owners whom wish to
run Windows apps on their Mac. An acquaintance who started out
with an IBM PC AT way back in '84/'85 ultimately switched over to
Macs a few years ago - he uses Fusion for continued access to
his legacy Windows apps.

Workstation is a product for PC owners. It facilitates the hosting
of multiple operating systems (ie: Windows, Linux and so on) on one
machine.

Nice opportunity.

Doing ESX/VMkernel work is my day job... wish I could help you with ESX, but you need to buy more licenses so I can keep getting on track...

Could you pm that code? Wouldn't mind buying another copy for my pc. You guys finally fixed fusion so it ran decently on my mac. I finally got to dump parallels for it.

Anyone with a mac I highly recommend fusion, lets you run windows applications side by side with your mac applications. You can cut and paste, etc.

Or XenServer, cheaper, more efficient than ESX and has all the useful goodies bundled for free
