NASA SE has 3 dates each year, March, Aug and December!!
Don't know what other HPDE groups use it.

Come on out and visit next weekend (First weekend in Dec)!

NASA SE is running here Dec 5,6,7th with spots still open in some groups.
The local PCA chapters run there every now and then.
PBOC also I think.

It's pretty much a year-round thing.

Roger and I were just talking about going to Road Atlanta early next year. We looked at the Dec. dates but decided to end the season so we can begin refreshing the cars for next year.

I will let you know when we find a date and with which organization.

Sounds good Bob. I was thinking about going after the new year.

And with UT having NO USE for the Burb of Death and Trailer, I may just bogart that for the trip.

Since the Panoz school is there now, I doubt any ordinary DE club will ever get in there again. You'll definitely have to go to a PDX hosted by the SCCA or thru NASA's DE program.

Skip Barber took over the Panoz School activities there about a year ago. Pretty much what you said above, has been the case for the last year. However, Chin and a few others are starting to host events.

I will be there this weekend w/ Chin

Yes that's right, Chin got two slots this year (one 1 day and 1 weekend.) Let's hope they get some dates next year, they have been trying for a long time.

I'll be with them this weekend, let's hope for some good weather!

If you are going to drive long distances, I would recommend chin, since you get a lot of track time. The other groups mentioned would not be worth it for me if I were going to drive from far away.

It's good to see things have changed. I know when Panoz had a lock on it, virtually nobody could get in there. Everybody should drive RA at least once - it's awesome!!!!

Right now it's looking iffy, but it's a good 5 days out, anything can change.

For the first time in forever, I actually have all week/time to prep. This may be the first time in a long time I actually get some sleep on Fri night.

Hopefully my Hardbar bits will arrive before Fri...
