Hi,

I use the ATEQ VT10 on my C6Z. Cheap and works fine when I switch back and forth. I ordered directly from them.

Hope it helps,

Bob

Forum vendor Katech has the Bartec Trackside for $139.95.

As mentioned in a couple other posts, you can get an ATEQ VT10 for $99 (atequsa.com).

Does the Ateq work as well as the trackside, or does trackside do other things that ateq doesn't? Why the price difference? Thanks for the reply Jerry

Actually the ATEQ does much more than the trackside.

When you order a Trackside you have to tell them what car it's for - they have models for the Vette, Stang, or Viper.

Virtually all GM sensors should be able to be activated with the one for the Vette, but many other sensors can't be triggered with it.

The ATEQ is reported to be a universal tool that will work with ALL current sensors, although it is not upgradeable when new sensors come out. It has 2 buttons. The button on the left will trigger the C6 sensors, and the button on the right works with sensors in many other makes/models of vehicles.

So....in this case, cheaper appears to be better!
