Cleaning your hands?????
Years ago I used some cream Protect-o-glove or something spelled like that. I tried googling it but found nothing. You put it on before of working on car or painting and everything would come off easy when you cleaned your hands.
I am sick of spending 30 minutes scrubbing my hands and under my nails when working on the car or heavy equipment. Gloves don't cut it at times to work with tools and parts even the real thin nitrile gloves. Thanks for any leads or tips.
I think this is what I used years ago http://www.autobarn.net/ch5215.html?site=google_base

When I use this kind of item, I use Travabon by Stockhausen. My
tube is fairly old and the packaging has changed a bit. Here is a
link to a current version.
For other possibilities, search on 'Barrier Cream'. This term is used
generically to describe pretty much every
used to clean up when there is too much grime for regular hand
soap.
Clearly I am not trying hard or often enough at getting dirty
FO is probably not an adequate regimen for someone who actually
gets into muck on a regular basis.
When a job is likely to require both gross and fine hand motor skills,
nitrile gloves are used inside leather gloves. Except for the tendency
of the nitrile gloves to split and require replacement mid-job, this
works to keep the hands separated from contaminents while still
allowing dexterity.

For the kinds of jobs that occur here these days, Fast Orange getsdesigned to moisturise the skin while protecting

(rather than under the Stockhausen brand).
Here is a link to the Stoko Skin Care site
Notice Stoko offers protectants for a variety of industrial environments.

Consumer Reports online has test results for handcleaners. I don't remember my password and I'm not at my home computer, but if you have a subscription you can find the best one for your needs.

I think I used a product called "invisible gloves"
I don't remember if this is it, but it does sound familiar.

Yep, that's it. Invisible Glove, works really well.
BTW, the Autobarn price is 1/2 of what I just saw on Amazon.
I'm ordering today.
