GT1 goes until LeMans next year. Hopefully they are racing someone besides themselves when I watch it later. I hope there is racing next year by GM. I would assue NASCAR would be the last to go from their list. NASCAR will be in for some shock next year as domestics cut way back as i thing the spectatotr will also with the huge ticket price of a NASCAR race. C6R budget I think is tiny next to one NASCAR team.

It will be better racing with all the competition in GT-2 they must want one more win in GT-1 for a record to hang on till June or revenge on Aston Martin for the lost this year.

When you said "on now" you really meant it. What did they get? 15 seconds of coverage? That's probably the real reason they want to go GT-2. If they're actually racing somebody they may just get some TV time outside of the cub reporter stuff.

Especially love the 2nd commercial cut where they eliminated 1 full hour of coverage.

Worse. 2 hours of 4.5 hours. And I couldn't convince the wife to head to Laguna Seca yesterday; she was working on some course work instead. I had tickets for today and didn't managed to get down to watch MX-5 cup, either. :-(

Sheesh, so bad a coverage I didn't even realize that

I got that from the lousy graphics at the top of the screen.

Speed does a great job of coverage...ALMS should not stray from that, especially since I cannot see many new fans after NBC's lousy job yesterday.
