Question about square wheel setup for c6
I have a 07 and I am about to go to slicks for de's. Planning on going with a 18in square setup for tire availability. Is the 10.5 rear c5z06 wheels alway around the way to go. What is the widest tire the front c6 can handle. I would like to eventualy install a big brake kit and will the off set of the 10.5 wheel be enough to handle the brakekit. Considering this is anyone running front c6z06 wheels all the way around.

I would think that a 275-18 is about as wide as you can go without hitting anything up front. Depending on what big brake kit you go with, C5 Z06 18 x 10.5 will most likely clear the caliper. The C6 Z06 wheels are not likely to clear a BBK.

I'm running C5Z06 18 x 10.5 all around on my 2005 C6. Tire rub on the fender liner was a problem. Once the fender liner wore down it wasn't a problem.

Had a rub problem up front but a few snips on the inside fender well and 3mm spacers solved that.
The car handles great with this setup

I have 18x11 CCW C140s all around; the backspacing on the front wheels differs greatly from the backspacing on the rears. I have a set of C14 18x12 rears that I need to check for clearance, but they look like they should fit fine.
The 18x11s with 295/30r18 Toyo R888s result in a little fender rub if you run too little negative camber up front, but nothing damaging, just messy.
