Something is fishy about the penalty that was assessed to Bourdais for spinning out Massa. I saw it as a racing incident. That situation seems to happen all the time, but the outside driver usually knows not to come all the way down on the inside car. Im not really liking some of the FIAs decisions this year.

No US GP no Canadian GP... what is going on.

It isn't a spec engine that has been mentioned, but certain spec engine parts. That would only lead to spec engines in the long-term, imo.
The IndyCar Series will have turbochargers in 2011. Five auto manufacturers including Honda have been talking with indy officials.
