Default Driveline vibration

I have a T1 '01 Z06 that I had the transmission rebuilt with new clutch etc 2/08 because it would no longer go into gear. I had been hearing some driveline noises (whining with clutch out) before the transmission rebuild and the whining was not different after the rebuild. Most recently, I had the torque tube bushings replaced with the aluminum ones and the clutch rebalanced as the transmission shop said this was causing some shifter vibration I was having at higher rpm.

Just raced last weekend and all was fine except I noticed a vibration only at idle with the clutch out. It feels as if the car is idling rough, but it is not. If I increase the RPM over idle revs or if I push in the clutch, the vibration stops.

I spoke to the transmission shop and did not think there was anything to worry about.

Any thoughts?
