Default Sway Bars? Size, material solid or hollow? C4etc etc

Okay, If I wanted to make a sway bar, what material, size and wether it be solid or hollow? I have a fabricator that says they are easy to make, and time isnt an issue. So, I hvae seen hoolow ones from Big Namers, and then solid ones. I have the 32S/26S on my ZO7 cloned suspension, and some say my 32 is too big with my ZR1 size tires.
What do you think? Should I just search out a smaller one, 30mm, or make a light weight hollow one with correct torsion needed, if I knew it?

I can tell you the stock C6 Z51 and C6 Z06 sways are hollow. The external dia are well known. The question you need to have answered is what are the wall thickness of each. Also I believe these bars are heat treated after forming. You may want to ask someone like Aaron Pfadt what the process is.
