Default Harness bar

Z owners, looking to purchase a harness bar for my Z. Do any of you have one already? Were did you purchase? How much$$$? Did you do the install yourself? Any recommendations would be great. Also do these bars come with a prvision to mount a camera?

thanks

Contact Vetteworks in Auburn, WA. The guy's name is Dan Hagerty. He does a great job. I think you can find them online at www.vetteworks.com or something like that.

I have the Bray Krause bar, it is a little more pricy, but the shop that installed it for me said they always fit right. As for price it was around 450, I just searched around the internet till I found the cheapest price.

I have installed a few different setups and found Gary's hardbar to be one of the easiest to install and the quality is top notch. I have it in my personal car too.

The only solution ...

Oh ... and get the lap belt bar from them also.

Gary's Hardbar was an integral component that kept a Conway Semi Tractor from breaching the cockpit when it ran over my Z16........ Agreed

Thanks guys for all your inputs! I'll be getting one of these bars soon. I alos had a Z16 but was able to sell it without a scatch so I could upgrade to MS 08 Zo6. Hope to talk to you guys @ hpde soon.

I went with the Brey-Krause harness bar in my C6. I may have to install a formal racing seat in the future but for now this works fine.

Another vote for the HardbarUSA set up. Combine the bar, seat mounts, and a TeamTech harness and you're all set!
