Viper event at Pocono how was it?

John,
The weather was great , low 70's ,not too hot. There were only 32 cars . The track was wide open and there was a lot of track time with only 3 run groups. I went with 2 other friends who also had corvettes. My best lap time was 131.80 improving on my previous best of 133.50 . One of the faster comp. Vipers was running between 133- 134.
Unfortunately ,my day ended early due to a damaged driveshaft.
John, how common is this problem with C5 and C6 corvettes ? Do I have any other options for a stronger driveshaft besides the carbon fiber one that LG makes?

Vette Doctors had some for their 1000 HP cars. Not sure if they are good for RR. Not really common. My torque tube failed after many years and events. More HP I guess more problems. How much power do you have I forgot? What actually let go in the drive shaft? If I ever get my car together I am hoping for sub 1:30 run. I am real close now. Haven't run the car in a while so I may have come to my sense and be real slow now. Why don't you like CF shaft?

for the HP it is where many don't get with even way more HP.
