No bling but much zing. Special everything, including things we can't tell you about. 1 owner, 1 seat. Low miles, but driven very fast. Always garaged. Never driven on public roads. Cared for by loving owners, cursed by the competition. One of only a few. Available only in Velocity Yellow. Championships and Drivers not included. Only for sale because Ms. Pratt said it is time to clean out the garage. Yes this is really for sale. For more information please call or email.

Better do a Carfax before you buy (and this is the good side!):
Above - 2007-10-06 - A rather sad end to the 005 career at Corvette Racing - the Magnussen wreck at Petit.

Besides, the #3 on the side of that car is just a body panel...
As far as buying an old F1 car goes, how much would it take to get one of those things running? Would it even be possible without major mods to the engine/drivetrain?
Have a good one,
Mike

You'd have to take one and modify it like someone did to former Champ/IRL cars. An F1 car is so shrink-wrapped though, so I don't know what you could fit back there that would give you anything close to the performance of an F1 motor.

Wonder if they'd throw in free shipping & handling

The car is really about which chassis serial no. But the neat thing about #3 (and #63 when run at LeMans) was for most of the years it was the car with all the American drivers in it The Euro hot shoes, Magnussen, Gavin, Beretta where usually teamed up in #4/64. Ron Fellows, Johnny O'Connell, Max Papis saddled up #3/63 most of the last few years.

MY credit card is only good for $50.00
Do you think they would come down on the price a bit.
