It will be really nice to have another top flight venue close enough to be within easy driving distance. Has anyone driven by the site to see if anything is actually happening, or is it all presale hype from the marketing folks ??

I've heard fall 08 now. I've only seen it from the Interstate, but it looks like something is happening. I know they are taking peoples' money for Condos......
