Default Where to get cheap press?

I went and did some reading on the bushing swap and my original plan was to take them to work and have them pressed out/in.

I did some reading on http://corvetteforum.shelor.net/bushings/ and decided I'd like to do it myself.

I need new axle seals in the Jeep soon and thought this is a good time to buy a new tool and save me the $300 and do the seals myself.

Harbor Freight has this one http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=44811

But I can't find the larger model they had before that came with its own stand similar to this one:

http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=96188

It was about the same size, 20 tons, manual, and only $159 on sale but no longer available...should have bought it when I had the chance. When I did my spherical bushings in the RX7 I just took them to work.

[EDIT]

I think I found the HB one, http://www.tools-plus.com/astro-pneu...m_term=ASTTS12

Looks like it'll do the job and is pretty cheap too!

Thanks

I have the 12 ton press and used it on several A-arms and it worked effortlessly to remove the old bushing. It goes on sale about every other week or two.

I went ahead and ordered the Astro unit.

We'll see how it does and I'll post some pics up of the work.

It was $179 w/ 6.50 shipping. Everywhere else had it cheaper but shipping was 50-60.

I've been wanting one for a while and its nice to have a stand alone unit.
