I was planning to go but then talked to some road racers who were there earlier this year. I'm not going to abuse my car to that extent (rough track, car bottoming) or spend the rest of my life trying to clean the powdery dirt out of it (crushed concrete access roads). Sorry.

I ran there July 30th instructing for the Audi Club. Track was not rough, it could use a repaving but overall it was in good shape. Racing wheel to wheel and HPDEs are two different animals. I can see racers bottoming out and getting agricultural in the heat of a race. I did not bottom out or had any dirt issues during my sessions. Those who did when off track. On an added note, the Audi Club did a reverse course session which made a most interesting day at the Ledges.

I think that's the same Z we saw in Defiance on Sat.

I think he was overall with a few of us C4 guys close behind. Rob is a hell of a driver. Good job.

I don't really need them. I was interrested in finding the Memorial weekend results back when I was seriously thinking of going Labor Day as part of the High Speed Series.
As I said, decided that it was too costly in ways other than entry fee.
