Default Sunoco 116 Leaded

I know running a supercharged car at the race track isn't ideal since it makes cooling even harder but is running Leaded gasoline ok?

My friends keep telling me not to. They have Sunoco 100 unleaded would I be better off running that gas? Detonation is the main thing I'm trying to avoid.

Thanks,

Leaded gas will kill Cats, foul plugs, and shorten the life of the O2s
