Default 2008 C6 LS-3 First Dyno at LG Motorsports

Hi Guys,

We just put the first 2008 C6 LS-3 on the dyno. It is an automatic A6 paddle shift with 29 miles on it.

Huffines Chevrolet salesman, Scott Grahek, came over as soon as the car got unloaded (note the 29 miles)

The car looked great Red with the new Center Console in Carbon Fiber.

The dyno numbers came up really well, totally stock no changes at 370.8 rwhp and 363.8 rwtq.

I didn't get a chance to drive it but we have our own C6 sitting at the dealer as we speak.

The Car that we will have here on Tuesday will be a 6 speed, so we will get those dyno numbers up for you then.

Thanks guys.

Uh, I think the 663tq might be a typo.

If not, I'm dropping out of autocross next year.

Is that car going back to the dealer as inventory?

I was thinking the same thing? Nice #'s though, especially from the A4.

I was actually thinking that is a bit low isn't it Lou? What's the rated output...430. I would have thought it would be closer to 380+...but I guess the automatic probably has something to do with that.

The reason for the concern is that I'm considering selling my C5 Z and then going for an 08 to run in T1. Please let us know what the 6-speed comes up with. Thanks!!!

Those numbers mays seem low, but the motor is not broken in, tuned and running 100 octane

Many of the C5ZT1 cars are running 375-385 rwhp on 100 octane with race tune

So stock a 6 speed LS3 maybe 400 stock and 440 rwhp on 100 octane and a tune. Those are some serious ponies.
