Default Little upset with Hardbar

Ordered camber kit and it took a month. When I got it I decided I should have the stud kit also. I ordered the stud kit 5 weeks ago and still don't have it. I've called and e-mailed Gary and he said it was shipped but the tracking number from UPS just says "billing info received". Has anybody else had problems with Hardbar like this? I have an event on July 4th and thought I'd have plenty of time to prep it and have it aligned but now I'm not so sure.

No.

Actually, Gary jumped through all kinds of hoops for me to get stuff right away.

He drove 40 miles ot get me some Willwood pads to include in a shipment that went out same day. His products are first rate, top quality. He is knowledgable and wont mind spending time on the phone explaining things.

Give him a call. His cell phone is on his web site and he has always picked up when I called.

I received my stud kit from Hardbar within a week of placing the order and Gary was very communicative.

Gary will do his best to make good - like all of us he is less than perfect - but he does make a good product and stand behind it when the inevitable anomalies happen...

I like my studs by the way...

Love all the Hardbar products I have, and I've never had an issue getting them.

I'm not questioning the quality of Hardbars products. I have a seat mount and believe it's very high quality. I have received several PM's telling me about problems people have had with Hardbar, nothing to do with quality, all to do with ship time. I understand that people don't want to "make waves" but I feel people should tell experiences with forum vendors, good or bad. I don't think Gary will rip me off in any way, I just think he should have told me they were on backorder or something.

My three experiences with Gary and Hardbar have all been good.

I am sure this will be figured out and resolved within a week. I will put money on that!

Fastest regards,

Oli

Same here. Quick delivery and went out of his way to be helpful in answering questions about installation. I'd buy from Gary again in a heartbeat.

Check your email, please. I'll just send another and figure it out later with the shippers. Sorry for the hassle.

No problems here. Got my stud/camber kit last week and installed last monday. My front end has no shims, 2.9 camber/5.5 caster both sides. Rear sits -1.5 camber both sides (however, only one side has fixed block in rear.) I only have to use 3 shims on each front side of upper a-arms to bring it into -2.0 camber/ 6.5 caster for aggressive street.

No problems with service here. It was my first buy and I fully intend to call on Gary with my next needs.

Gary has been unbelievably supportive over the past many years that we've known each other. He even came out to last year's Runoffs at HPT and helped me out there. Super guy...super products. And, you will not find a more knowledgeable engineer out there!

His business has grown and grown over the past few years and is now really booming. That's good news for all the racers!!!!!
