C5 Tire pressure monitor system
I know this topis is answered somewhere on this forum, but I cannot stand the search function/feature.
So, I do not know much about the c5 TPMS...if you run no sensors, is there any impact other then the DIC stating "check sensors/pressure?"

No impact. Push the reset button and the message goes away.

The biggest issue is not going to events with non-TPS wheels it's when
you are close to home and having to reset more often. My TPS wheels
in the garage give a reading to the system even though not on the car.
If you let them go below a low pressure warning level you get repeated
low pressure warnings unless you drive far enough that the system
finally notes that it isn't getting any reading at all and goes into xxx
reporting. You just clear that with reset each time you start up. The
TPS wheels have been off the car for more than six months.
