Does anyone have any experience with this compound for track events?

I don't even see a D in there compound listing, your going to have to give us a little more info. The most common compound around here is H.

I could not find anything there either, but appartently a "D" exists. Someone is selling a set of these on Ebay, it is reputed to have very good low temp properties(i.e street). I wanted to find out if anyone had direct experience that they could take high temp track use. Thank you.

never heard of D so it must be an old compound if it does exist. PM me a link to the sale if you like

I just bought a set from Gary Hoffman of Hardbar.

I will check with him exactly what he sold me. (Kinda took his advice at word)

I have nothing but stock pads to compare with, but i really liked the way these pads bit hard and didnt fade at Willow Springs this weekend. Very balanced feel, could slam them on deep with confidence and were great for trailer braking as there was nothing sudden about them.

I just got a new set of Wilwood pads and there was a list of all the compounds and what to use them for packed in the box. "D" is not on the list.
