Default 335 Hoosiers on 11" wheel at the rear?

Has anyone tried 335 Hoosiers on a 11" wheel at the rear for track events?

Does it roll over?

How does it wear on a camber challenged car?

What pressure works best? (lower than a 315 or higher).

I have a source for cheap ones, why I'm asking. Normally I run 315's.

Thanks.

I dont do track stuff, but I did just put 2 335's on 17 x 11 inch wheels yesterday and they fit and they look good. Hoosiers' web site says they can go on 11-13 inch wheels while tirerack says 11.5 to 13 inch.
If I hadn't read hoosiers specs first I might not have bought them.

I have run Hoosiers 335's (I assume you are referring to the $85 close out tires from Hoosier) on the rear. I have them mounted on 50mm offset 17x11 OE Concepts. I had some rubbing on the rear trailing arms, even with a 1/4" spacer. It wasn't bad, but it definitely rubbed. I had problems cording them on the shoulders, even with -1.3 camber rear.

I have 36mm offset 5 spoke A-molds, so it should clear. Are you saying you didn't cord the 315's, but corded the 335's? Did you cord them because of the rubbing or because the tire rolled over? I only bought two, figured, will try them first. If it worked for others I would get another set now while they are available.

I usually cord the outside (315's) due to insufficient negative camber.

They will fit, but you probably need to look at using a wide offset and/or spacer to ensure they don't rub.

There's "will they fit?", and then there's "is it a good idea?"

I've got 335's on 12in rims, they're really screaming for 13in rims.

make sure you fenders are not rubbing the tires and cording the outside. Don't ask me how I know it can happen even with a 1200 lb. front spring.:o

I haven't run a set of 315's yet. They corded on the shoulder, and it was not due to rubbing. I have -2.3 camber front and -1.3 camber rear, so it seems like I should have close to enough, even for Hoosiers.

I'm not sure exactly why they corded, but they didn't last very long (even for Hoosiers).
