Default NCCC Group IIG Question...

I currently have a 94 C4 6-spd Coupe mildly modded for SCCA SM2. I want to run some of the local Corvette Club events also, and have been looking at the rules. Have a question...

The way I read the rules for Suspension Members and Suspension Bushings, heim jointed camber rods and toe rods should be legal.

Do those of you that run NCCC events agree, or am I way off base here? If I am way off base, can you explain why? I don't want to run Group III, because I don't want to deal with putting a rollbar in the car.

The car currently has urethane bushings in the front upper and lower a-arms, heim jointed rear camber and toe rods, urethane front and rear sway bar bushings on 30 and 26mm bars. Engine and exhaust are stock except for a pair of Hooker shorty headers.

I would really like to be able to run with the local corvette club as well as the SCCA. Just want to be sure I can do it legally.

Thanks for any input.

DaveZ.

Dave,
All is ok except for the Heim joints! They are not allowed in 2 but you can in group 3. Then again, who even looks under the car anymore in tech for that stuff. NOBODY!

Leave them on until somebody says something if anything.

Aaron
