Default C6R wins GT1 at Monza !

The team is owned and the car was driven by Frenchmen. Viva la France!

Monza GT1 Race Results might have been a better title...remember the rules, no race results in the titles.

Couldn't find a radio broadcast, but you could follow the race through live timing and scoring here:

http://www.lemans-series.com/results/monza/lmsr.htm

It was Luc Alphand's C6R-004 that won the race:

...but the most amazing finish was the Luc Alphand C5R-010 that finished 3rd after suffering this little setback just the day before the race:

Two crewmen went to the hospital and one is serious but expected to recover fully.

My yearly reminder

I don't even know if the race was shown in the US but until I check the DVR I don't know, it records anything with auto, racing, and drag in it.

Unfortunetly NOPI is under racing for some reason.

the race might be shown 1/2 year from now on speed.

Luc Alphand's Corvettes had smaller restrictors, a technical advantage gained by running air conditioning
