Got sent this by a fellow SCCA Solo member.

Some of you might be insulted by this but I thought it was pretty darn funny. Sometimes we do take ourselves too seriously........

As President of "The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Diecast Corvettes", I have filed a protest with YouTube.

rg, it's a good thing I wasn't drinking my soda when I saw that, otherwise there would have been a mess on the keyboard!!!

That was absolutely hilarious!

Have a good one,

I guess someone removed the rev limiter on that Z. I've never seen the needle that far in the rev range, especially with it not bouncing off the rev limiter.

Give me a break, that was a C5 coupe, a Z06would easily have hit 87mph. Dam poser trying to pass off a coupe as a Z

Default Yeah, but the scale speed was well over Mach 2.

I'm assuming that was a 1:18 scale diecast. So the scale speed was 86 mph x 18 = 1548 scale mph. That makes it the fastest Corvette ever! No wonder they needed a 20 speed transmission.

So I think the Corvette won.

Imagine how much faster a Z06 could have gone...
