Looks like I'll still make it in spite of stripping a thread out this weekend in the block. Amazing what a little duct tape and bailing wire will do - car is fixed. Don't tell Tom, I don't want him to worry in case he's riding in it

I know who one of my students is. Great student in a M5 with paddle shifters. Lots fun in that car.

Not sure who my other student is.

Being as I'm from Tennessee myself, I've seen the smiles on those chicken beaks!

thanks! car is getting there, we had a minor handling issue that slowed me down in t3 and t10 all weekend but the car was still fast enough...motor is still down on power also, once we get that figured out the car will be tough to beat!

yeah, that sucked...the car was really fast but issues kept him from finishing all weekend...i think Andy ran a 2:01 which is a personal best for him

Oh Shlt! You mean there's more in that thing. I know what you were doing before. You're in a class by yourself in IP now, there's no one close. You're going to be pushing Watts when you finally get it sorted.

yep, there's more in it! and if i ever figure out how to actually drive, it might get real fast!

i spent most of last weekend racing the mid-pack c-mod guys...an IP car will never be able to keep up with the fast c-mod cars!

here's a little sample of what a fast c-mod car can do in the straights (compared to my car)
right click, save as

Wow! He just dances right on down the road, doesn't he! Man, that's a helpless feeling.

That reminds me of when I get behind a C6 Z06 at those same places and watch them disappear into the susnet.
