Default Show me your Trailor!

I am looking for pictures of Tire Trailors and Car Trailors. I am looking for inexpensive options for Autocross and maybe track days.

I'll take some of mine next weekend. Nothing special, a HF trailer that is just a flatbed. I'm shopping toolboxes to mount on the end of it. I really like this one so I'm using it for inspiration:

In fact I would have just bought it had I been closer to FL.

I "borrowed" this one from my father after he retired from Indy car racing (at the club level) Very economical for me so far!

Here is the tire trailer I used to use. I built the wood deck on top of a cargo trailer frame I got.

I hate all you guys w/ your "nothing special" I'm in the market for a "cheap" open deck trailer much like Rich has.

It'll be so nice to tow the car to the track instead of towing my tools and tires and self w/ the car

Brian- BTW, I was pleasantly surprised when I could open my doors without putting the car on boards. My front end is lowered all the way also.

You can get a 4X6 utility trailer from Walmart for about $500 and a DrawTight hitch for $120. I haul a set of Hoosiers and a 4" tool box and all my spares and never know its there.

Me too! It would be even nicer on Sunday afternoon when you are beat. Drive the car on the trailer. Tie it down. Go home. Boy doesn't that just suk...

I have my 4x6 utility trailer in tow behind my Z06 track car / trailer hauler. I got the one that Tractor Supply and some of the other places are selling. It was $350. Apparently they have gone up a bit. Then add a $50 Contico Tuff bin. Trailer hitch. And away we go. The nice thing about the 4x6 instead of the NT/HF 4x4 trailers is I can load 2 complete sets of tires/wheels if I want.

I really like that Kwik-Load that Ted has. No 6-8 foot ramps and jockeying the car to clear when you load it. Just make the trailer come to the car.

TedDbere, I've been thinking about getting one of these trailers. Do you have to take off the fender to open the door? Is there enough room to add a tire rack in the front, above the rock guard?

click on picture for larger sizes

I added two more boxes on the sides under the tire rack which holds 12 tires as long as they are not all 335.

I started out with no trailer, then the rented open trailer until I bought myself an open trailer. Then about two years ago I pulled the trigger on the enclosed trailer.
On the other hand, the next upgrade is the car that will go in the back of the trailer.
