Man that car looks strange. You can see why people want to keep the wings in the rules so bad.

Remember LPE was trying to break 300 MPH in a Firebird bodied car and I think was just a few MPH short

The V10 Engine.

They should focus on the current F1 car.

The new Autoweek which came yesterday, says that they did not achieve their objectives, and are going to try again.
It says that Alan van der Merwe was to try again on july 21st (last Friday).

It was supposed to go down this weekend...not sure what happened yet, but I know they have achieved the speed unofficially already.

with 1/100th of the budget most of these F1 teams have.

I guess I don't understand what this F1 team is trying to prove. They bring a car to the Flats that isn't in anywhere near the F1 race trim and they can't break the record of many cars that come there without all the pomp and circumstance.

But I like their spirit.
