Default Need rear Z06 Spring

Anyone have one to sell?

I've called every dealer, most were an insanely high over retail $800. Fitchner was $512 but I can get the Vette Products for $499 but no one is around at Vette Products to answer my questions. Their Tech guy has been out all week long. From what I read I'm better off doing the VBP spring especially if its cheaper.

I've called DRM, LG, Pfadt, Callaway, etc in hopes of them having a take off...Vette2Vette also.

They have mountains of Z51 springs but no Z06 spring.

LPE did offer me a T1 spring

I'm hoping someone on here has one laying around they'd be interested in selling.

Thanks,

Raftracer,

The question is mixing the springs.

I'll have the stock Z06/Z51 spring up front and then a VBP rear Street spring.

How do they work together? Does it upset the balance of the car? Is the preferred method VBP front/rear and why. What will I lose with not having a match spring for up front? Are there any advantages to running stock/VBP in handling characteristics?

No point in buying a new stock spring, VBP is cheaper but if I need to combine front/rear then coil overs are not too far away in price plus I'll avoid the problem I had this time around.

VBP did say they did not reccomend a Extreme spring for daily drivers.

Thanks,

Mr NoOne,

Robbin relayed your message to me and I think I have a takeoff Z06 rear spring. Send me an e-mail or call and we can discuss the details.

No, but I have a Z51 (2000 MY) front spring. I'm not sure if they are the same rate or not. It gets confusing to keep all of that info in your head

So many of the Z51 parts are the same as the Z06 parts. Check it out and if it is something you are interested in, let me know.
