CCW will build them however you like 'em... I called them about 18x10+19x11 and 18x10+18x11 ... you can run C6Z sized rubber on the former set... just call or email them.

18x10 front and 18x11 rear, toyo ra1's from a sizing standpoint have one of the better tire packages, 275 35 18 front and 305 35 18 rear

any reports of active handling issues with the rears 1.7% smaller than stock?

rears are still larger than the fronts so that'll be fine - I ran 265/35 - 295/35 all last year without any trouble. Only time you have to worry about AH/TC is when the rear is smaller than the front. Speedometer will be off 1.7%, but that inside the margine of error anyways so you won't know the difference
