Default Some new Z06 track videos on Google

I have been playing around with Google Video. It is a very impressive online video service. That downloads are fast, the quality is good, they don't seem to have a file size limit at this time... and it is free.

I downloaded a few sessions from local tracks I frequent. I have Streets of Willow Springs in both directions and two track variations of Spring Mountain. One of the videos is from Corvette Days. One of them even has a few track mishaps that include one spin, one missed turn from late braking and two wheels off on another.

I will be adding some Willow Springs International, California Speedway and Buttonwillow clips when I get a chance.

The 36 minute video has a few editing glitches like when it says the session is over and when I says I put two wheels off.

Enjoy!

Nice video, I like the datacam2 info overlay, thanks!

I have been using Google video this season as well, just dumping hundreds of MB of video on them and they don't care...

I have been posting mine lately in a 16:9 dv format shot with a wide angle lens. The file size is large, but the online quality seems better.

The other cool thing about Google video is it keeps track of how many people are viewing your videos each day.

Here's one of my video's that seems to get a lot a views per day.

You can click the "From User" link on that page to see all the videos for that particular publisher. I'll be looking to view the rest of yours, thanks!

Thanks for the helpful info. I will be checking out your driving videos when I am not at work. I am sure the sound will blow my cover...

I think I have seen some of your videos as your name is very familiar.

Thanks for the vid. As I have not been to Spring Mtn. since they added the new course when I first saw you heading into turn three (old turn 3) I just thought well here is an off road at this speed only to see that that is where the new course takes over. First look at the new so thanks again.

I have been know to do that before. In fact, I think I do that on this first video about 20 minutes in at the end of the same longer straight-away you are talking about. The turn at the end is off-camber and named "Ego Check."

Google Video uses Macromedia Flash Player. It works for me on Linux running FireFox with Macromedia FlashPlayer 7.
