There are lots of other threads on this forum that have discussed helmet recommendations.

I'm using a Simpson Voyager.

Full face with an eye shield the closes.

SA 2005.

Bell M3 is very popular. I use a G-Force proforce.

Definitely SA2005. I like my G-Force helmet. Simpson, Bell, a lot of the others are all good. It's really a matter of what fits and what options you want. Agree on the full face shield and chin guard.

I just started using a Bell M3, for a full face it has great visability and air flow.

I got a Zamp SA2005 based on reccomendation from a shop. It comfortable and relatively inexpensive at $199.99.

Many will say don't skimp on a helmet. I agree. But, the features and quality of this helmet is as good as Bell IMO. It is made very well with aluminum billet hardware. It is made overseas, but designed here. That coupled with the lack of "brand" name equals good price.

You should try on helmets before buying, fit is important! Fit also doesn't necessarily mean comfortable either, you want very snug and very light. The padding will compact and get more comfortable with use. I drove hours to see a dealer who had a good selection of good helmets to try on and it was worth it. Just my opinion on protecting my head.
