Are you an executive in High Tech or BioMed/Tech?
The AeA, the association for the high tech industry, is having a track day for a unique experience of speed and networking. I have seen the list of guests attending. It is a short list, but there are some very high-powered tech industry executives from both public and private firms attending. If you are interested in going, click on this link for more info or to register:

I cut and pasted the text from an e-mail below. Enrollment is limited to 30 executives/drivers.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Join the AeA/Orange County and AeA/Los Angeles Councils for an extraordinary day of adventure, high adrenaline and networking at Willow Springs Raceway in Rosamond, California for the AeA Southern California Hi-Tech Track Day for CXO Professionals. This is a private event for CXOs in the tech industry only.
We have planned a fun day at the track for learning how to better handle our cars at speed, along with some business networking between driving sessions and class time. Gain behind-the-wheel driving skills, negotiate the "Streets of Willow Springs" 14-turn raceway, and see if you have what it takes to be in the driver's seat.
The driving education will be both "in class" and "on track" driving instruction. Use you own car on the 1.8 mile winding track "Streets of Willow Springs" or rent one of SpeedVenture's track-ready vehicles (at an additional cost). Experienced Performance Driving Instructors will be on hand to give everyone personalized instruction and in-car coaching to make your experience the best it can be.
Register early as participation is limited to 30 people!
