Tire Rack has the GT7-H on closeout...I could get a set for about $1400 w/tax & shipping.

I just don't know if they're any lighter than the oem's and I believe the offset is the same, so, for my application (autocross), they might not really be worth the added cost compared to just picking up another set of used oem's for $500 or so...I need another set for rains.

Thanks, Luke. That's almost a half pound lighter than the stockers...

For OEM size Z06 wheels? I see more like $1680 on the TR site.

Dave, if you go to the very last page of the link, they have the silver face wheels for less...I come up with $1358 w/shipping, no tax 'cause I'm out of state

Yea, I was looking at the Comp H, my bad. Thanks.

Edit: Although the Comp H is quite a bit lighter. 16.8 front, 19.8 rear

Not worth the money imho... Be a man and step up the the SSR comp. Its only money. Maybe if you buy those light wheels you can catch Gary.

Jason, we've already established that it would take more than money or wheels for me to catch his eminence...of course, better lights would have had me closer to his sandbagging axx

Yea, good luck with that. Maybe really heavy wheels would be better for an extra excuse.

Z/06 wheels & caps ('03 OEM Speedline):
- 17 x 9.5 = 19 lbs
- 18 x 11 = 20 lbs

These weights come from a newish bathroom scale. They were fine
for before-after comparisons with other wheel/tire combos I was
checking on the scale at the same.

Thats the part that kills you... He will lie right to your face and say he can't go any faster, then drops another second.
