C6 T1 Sway bars-ACK
I don't suppose anyone has done this yet? I'm lumbering through the T1 suspension install on my 05 and the rear sway bar doesn't fit! It doesn't appear to be bent correctly to clear the mufflers. Does this mod pre-suppose aftermarket or no mufflers?
Good thing I don't do this for a living or I'd be broke!

I tried to get the "new" ones on my car with no luck (all the new ones have 3 holes in the rear bar). LG rep told me they fit, but I tried a million ways and no such luck. There is no bend around the exhaust like the older style T1s and that is that.
I have since contacted others and all of them have not found a single set of exhaust that the T1 bars will fit around. I also found out that GM recalled them because they were trying to make a single rear bar for both cars and realized it didn't work.
I sent mine back to LG and luckily another forum member had a C5 set he never used.
suxs and I am not sure if GM will ever make another set for the C5

I do know 100% that the ones I got do not fit and the invoice states that they are for a C5. There is no room around my GHLs for them to fit. I had the car on a lift at ECS and with their guys there to help none of us could figure how they would fit without bending them around the exhaust.
I was not going to bend them because I didn't know what could happen.

Or actually the new fronts fit but the rear does not have a bend to go around the exhaust?
the new fronts do fit, but the rears do not have a bend to fit around the C5 exhaust.
