Another NCCC Ruling: B&B Bullets
The rotor thread started me thinking...
Can you run Group I in NCCC with B&B Bullets? The "book" calls for the same number of mufflers as stock. Bullets have over-axle resonators that, I guess, could qualify. Thoughts?

It says "mounted in the original location, and pipe diameter no larger than stock." I guess one could argue that that means that the cat back must use the stock mounting locations as opposed to the location of the muffler. The biggest issue is the diameter of the pipe. If you go 3" then your group two.
