Default Running TTB at Roebling in May?

Who here will be running TTB at Roebling in May with NASA? It looks like that is where my 99 FRC is classed....with many points to spare

TTB is my base class but my mods put me in TTA. Really looking forward to my first TT.
Now I just have to get my car put together in time!

My camaro will be in TTB. I hope to run it if I can get out of Trinidad in time, and fix what I broke at CMP.

Definetly.
A fully moded EVO that is just shy of the horsepower limit should / would kick our butts.

Yes it should. I made 357 RWHP and the evo made 550 RWHP. He got me on Sunday at NASA Mid-Ohio event. That thing was gutted, lexan windows and someone said it was built with some big $. I loved the car, but my personal opinion says it should have been in TTR with the well prepped Viper. Oh well, I had fun and am happy with my old C4 dynosaur with alot less $.

It seems most of the mod points are on the honor system - since my chance of a podium finish at any big event is nil I am there for the fun anway...

Maybe our Regional TT director needs to do a official dyno pull, scales and a close up inspection.

Only fair, I agreed on mine and did it, but Mr. AWD EVO was no where to be found for the dyno or tech. Also when setting a track record they said they are going to dyno after that. IMPOUND. EVO loaded up early and left before last event.

Actually rules state they must have a certified dyno sheet with them and turn it in, otherwise straight bump to TTR.

Hmmm.... this is why the TTU class this year will be a little tricky.

They almost need to make it a class like the old street mod in solo1. You know full interior, registration, dot tires and no lexan glass.

Outside of that it was wide open basically.

What I heard, AND I AM NOT DEFENDING THEM, is this.

The Evo was the Buschur Time Attack Evo. It was built by Vishnu in CA, and then sent here after Buschur bought it. They retuned it to 357whp and @ 400(?)tq. That is what they posted in EvoM, where they posted the pics, and explained what happened at Ohio.

That is not the Evo you need to worry about, the one which will be fast is the AMS car which (can) make over 650awhp, and will stop and turn. It is entering One Lap.

For reference, the guy who built/tuned that car, built/tuned mine, and mine is the least he could do to an open-track Evo. I have only 314awhp, and a mildly tuned set of coil-overs. Falcon and Varkswo will attest, my car is no Z06 but it does good for an Evo with less than 3k in mods (including suspension and brakes).

However, I did stop and look at a new Z06. Dang kids......If my daughter would just get a job (2years old), then I could afford it.
