This is a great track experience. I sure hope there is a good turnout for this event. I had a fabulous time there last year.

well i guess i'll be up there to raise some hell with ya. Just trying to prepare everything so there is less to worry about on the car. Of course last thing I knew the only problem was the loose nut behind the wheel. So hopefully the conditions will be good and we all have a safe time. My car is setup for autocross so i will probaly be real slow but we will have fun! You should come out on saturday so we can explore the town and bars and the ladies that may be there! Oh yeah I forgot we dont drink the night before races right?!

OK so due to the holiday and low entries, the Sunday events have been postponed until October.

The Saturday school and practice sessions will run on April 15.

Chris has the same thread going in Great Lakes as well.

So how many people are showing up? Not enough to make it a two day event? Oh well. I'm still going!!

I am planning on going! They waived the late entry fee so I will just sign up at the track.

Well we did to much preperation to not go but the fact that Danny is going to be there is worth it all by itself. Being able to learn from one of the best vette racers is enough incentive for me. So when we go back in the fall I might just know what the hell I'm doing. So the plans change and will tear up the town on friday and we will tear up the track on saturday! Save the children but leave the women out!Never can have to many of them!

More updates:

-again, the Saturday school and test & tune sessions will run, but Sunday's high speed events and test & tunes have been postponed until October 22

-If you already registered for the whole weekend, you can get a refund for sunday or leave it and it will be applied to the October date

-The late registration fee has indeed been waived, so you can show up on saturday and pay at the cheap rate

I just got off the phone with Rene to confirm this info, it's late braking () information and he's contacting those who registered for the weekend today.

Depends on which site you look at; one says sunny and near 70, the other says rain and 60's. The weather forecast will determine whether I actually go or not, gas is too expensive to drive all the way out there to drive around in the rain.

If I go I will have one of each ready for you, a blonde, brunette, and a redhead. Although that may only be in the form of a Molson, Guiness, and Killian's.

I'll take the redheadx6.
Any changes to the schedule? Hopefully my new VRB2 filter will arrive today, so I can finalize the prep. SOOOOOO looking forward to this!!
